The “Château Bellevue” invites you in the lovely village of Cazaubon, in the centre of Armagnac. Formerly noble by birth’s house, today it’s a hotel restaurant, being a part of the best tables of the Gers. Michèle Consolaro and her daughters suggest you coming to taste some Gascon gastronomy’s delights, concocted by Charlotte. Through her recipes, she creates value for the work of small producers that she feels affection for: Mr
Gascon products’s wealth allows her to realize a board (menus) which looks like her: greedy, feminine and full of gaiety.
