Large, architect designed villa with an atypical style located a 10-minute walk from the centre of Uzès.
Two terraces, a beautiful Californian-style pool area with an equipped pool house and a large garden – so plenty of places to enjoy the Gard sunshine!

It has 5 rooms and 1 bunkroom, i.e. 15 comfortable beds!
The Villa is on one level and has high ceilings, rounded corners and large spaces opening onto a very spacious garden (3,800 m²).

The various terraces and the magnificent pool house, which are not overlooked, offer unique moments of relaxation.

The main house covers 250 m² and offers a huge living area with high ceilings and lots of light, with a lounge, dining room, billiards room, fireplace, library and small study on the mezzanine, a modern and very well equipped kitchen, a master suite with bathroom/shower, WC and 3 bedrooms with a bathroom/shower, 2 WCs and a large laundry room.

An independent ‘mazet’ (cottage) on two levels houses a double or twin bedroom, a kitchenette, shower and separate toilet.

There is a separate bunkhouse for 4 to 6 people with a shower and toilet.
A superb, Californian-style pool area offers a well-equipped pool house with dishwasher, plancha, a shower and separate toilet.
Bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekly for longer lets. A pool specialist is on hand every Wednesday and Saturday to maintain the pool area and garden.

The Villa is unavailable for rentals from 16 January to 30 March and from 31 October to 15 December.
