Chi siamo

The Estate of Herrebouc is situated on the banks of the river Baise, at Saint Jean de Poutge, a few kilometres from Auch. The vines cover 12 hectares of the surrounding hillsides, which dominate the site of the Chateau and the windmill built at the end of the 13th century.
This independent family estate, for whom the quality of the grapes is at the center of all their winemaking effort, controls the management of its yields.
Rigorous work methods in the winery enable Carine Fitte to create atypical wines for laying down, with a marked vintage, and which seem to seduce today’s customer base. The production is certified organic since 2010 by “Qualiteé France”.
The balance and development of the vines are essential in order to obtain grapes of quality. Working in accordance with organic principles implies thorough inspection and a capacity to react quickly.
