The chef offers seasonal dishes inspired by French cuisine, enhanced with subtle Japanese touches. Spa access is available by reservation to extend the experience.

In this magnificent, light-filled wooden building, settle in and let the aromas of miso and sesame reconnect you with what truly matters.

Before or after your meal, you might choose to enter the wellness area to relax in the hot tub or sauna and experience the Japanese Sento ritual (by reservation only). For a complete experience, indulge in a massage (also by reservation).
