This summer, every Friday and Saturday evening, the estate opens the gates to its 6-hectare green oasis for evenings centred on conviviality and sharing. Make yourself comfortable in the shade of the park’s tall trees, let yourself be lulled by the gentle lapping of the pool and enjoy a breathtaking view of the rows of vines turning crimson as the sun sets.

A passionate winemaker’s return to his roots
At the helm of the brazier, Maxime, the winemaker, is reconnecting with his first love. A graduate of hospitality school and former restaurant owner, he’s donning his apron once more to concoct instinctive, simple and generous cuisine for you. The heady aroma of meat seared over the brazier’s flames mingles with the fragrances of fresh salads and entirely homemade desserts.

To accompany these gourmet moments, the estate showcases its range of organic AOC Fronton wines, proudly recognised by the Guide Hachette.
