The Gastronomic Restaurant managed by Chef Michel Marvie, offers a modern and creative cuisine combining noble, regional and Mediterranean products. Your taste buds will appreciate a tasty moment, in a pleasant setting with careful service.

Nestled on the first foothills of the southern Cevennes and overlooking the valley of the Camisards, the Restaurant Les 3 Barbus will first offer you a superb panoramic view from its terrace, or at the edge of one of the bay windows of the main room.

This beautiful house built in 1968 by 3 brothers, all “les 3 Barbus”, shelters the Restaurant recognized, since the origin of its creation, for the quality of its table and will propose you a tasty moment for your papillae.

From mid-April to mid-September, come and enjoy a pleasant meal in an exceptional setting. This elegant gastronomic restaurant is recognized by the greatest culinary guides: Gault & Millau, Les Collectionneurs… also having the Label Maître Restaurateur. Chef Michel Marvie was trained at the Alain Ducasse school and the Paul Bocuse Institute.

To accompany your meal, a beautiful wine list of region and character will be proposed to you. The gastronomic restaurant can accommodate your groups and your events; air-conditioned rooms and shaded terrace in summer.
