La Faim du monde is a multi-faceted place: restaurant, café-bar, library, performance space, a place for artistic and cultural experimentation. The dishes are traditional, homemade and inspired by the world, in a warm, natural atmosphere.

Here, people meet, eat, learn and bond in a natural setting in the heart of the Ariège region.
Theater artists, musicians, storytellers, gatherers, neighbors, letter carriers and Mamie Josette come together to share a meal, a drink, regional specialties from here and abroad, play an escape-game or teach sign language to the little ones.
The restaurant is committed to an eco-responsible approach, choosing local produce (everything that grows in Ariège and neighbouring departments), respecting seasonality and homemade.
Culinary specialities: Fresh fish, but also meat dishes.
