In the heart of Toulouse, just a stone’s throw from the Théâtre de la Cité, Matsuya offers a contemporary Japanese dining experience based on an all-you-can-eat menu. In a setting inspired by Japan, blending modern lines, lanterns and touches of greenery, diners can enjoy a varied menu in a friendly and exotic atmosphere.

The concept is simple: once seated at a table, each guest puts together their own meal using a tablet and, over the course of several rounds, selects the dishes they wish to try. Sushi, Japanese specialities and a variety of small plates are prepared to order and served directly at the table.

This restaurant is particularly appealing for its fun concept, which allows guests to try a variety of dishes and easily share a meal with family or friends. Matsuya is open seven days a week, for lunch and dinner.
