After several years of experience in gastronomic restaurants, Bastien decided to settle in the heart of the Gaillac vineyards.
He welcomes you in this atypical old house where modernity and creativity reign.
The Montanais offers a small lounge, two rooms with a cosy and warm atmosphere, a terrace with a panoramic view, where you can enjoy cocktail parties. You will enjoy a refined cuisine highlighting the fresh products of regional agriculture.

For an evening, you will discover the alliance of culinary art and modern art, enjoying the works of local artists on display and for sale, themed evenings or open stages.

As the restaurant can be privatised, it is advisable to book in advance.
