The simple, family-style cuisine changes daily to offer a unique starter-main course-dessert menu, prepared with fresh, local, seasonal produce.
Patricia draws her inspiration from family memories, recipe books and her own creativity to create heart-warming, generous dishes.
You might discover a lovingly simmered navarin of lamb, delicate leeks in vinaigrette or mimosa eggs, each reinterpreted with delicacy.
With just 18 covers, Fringale offers an intimate experience where every guest is welcomed as if at home.

The service is provided by Patricia herself, in a relaxed, family atmosphere, without artifice but with a lot of heart.
