La Cambuse restaurant, located on Mont Lozère, offers traditional, homemade cuisine made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, primarily from small local producers (meat from Mont Lozère, fish from Lozère farms, local market gardeners, and cheese from the department). The restaurant also operates a wine shop with takeaway prices on its selection of wines, all organic and purchased directly from the winemakers. A local range of organic beers is also available. Fruit juices and syrups are supplied by small producers in the Cévennes. This small, friendly establishment (18 seats inside) boasts a panoramic terrace offering magnificent views of the Bougès and Aigoual mountains.
