The restaurant L’Authentique2.0 is “Farm to Table”. Specialties: veal and beef from the farm.
Everything is “homemade” based on fresh products.
The theme of the restaurant is “From farm to plate”. Leo and his team advocate short circuits and fresh products.
Léo and his chef offer traditional cuisine inspired by grandmother’s recipes, with specialties from the Tarn and Aveyron. Coming from the hinterland of Nice, they like to add some touches of Provencal cuisine.
The 3 rooms of the restaurant are air-conditioned.
Several formulas are offered on weekdays and weekends.
