Auberge de l’Hirondelle, 5 minutes from Caussade: traditional wood-fired cuisine by Chef Yannick Eché. Homemade slow-cooked dishes, local flavors, and a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. A true taste of local terroir to enjoy in a relaxed setting.
Just 5 minutes from Caussade, Auberge de l’Hirondelle welcomes you in a calm and friendly setting, perfect for a warm meal with family or friends. Chef Yannick Eché serves traditional, home-style dishes prepared with care and love, evoking the flavors of childhood.
At the heart of the inn, the wood-fired kitchen in the central fireplace brings out the richness of local specialties: hearty stews, wild boar civet, poule-au-pot, pot-au-feu, and slow-roasted leg of lamb… each dish is slowly cooked for an authentic and comforting taste.
The inn closes for 1 week in May, 1 week in October, and 3 weeks at the end of the year.
