You can’t miss it, it’s the brasserie with its large terrace adjacent to the Intermarché shopping centre, opposite the roundabout at the car park entrance. You can enter from the outside or from the shopping centre. This is not a brasserie like those found, unfortunately, all too often in shopping centres. Here, we cook, real cooking! The foie gras is home-made. The salads are copious, the tartar and the carpaccio delicious and the daily specials offer traditional and quality dishes such as pot-au-feu, blanquette de veau or an excellent paella. Sabah’s welcome is friendly and smiling. The price/quality ratio is very good. A perfect place for a lunch before shopping, a dinner, a business meeting or simply for pleasure. Don’t miss the hearty Ariège salad and the home-made cassoulet.
Note that the establishment is also a Française des Jeux sales point.
