Located in Vauvert, Le Cartel combines Tapas, Wine and Bistronomy. Its specialty is meat, which the chef accompanies with seasonal produce.
Brasserie Le Cartel is the brainchild of the Poujol family, well known in the region and particularly in the world of Camargue bouvine through Hadrien Poujol, a former raseteur.
Originally from Vauvert, Hadrien wanted to bring a new and unique concept to his town.
Le Cartel offers a semi-gasronomic cuisine called “Bistronomique”, headed by a young chef.
This modern, authentic cuisine uses fresh, local produce from short distances, less than 15km away.
