At Bambino, we are food lovers and winemakers – Domaine de la Grande Sieste in Aniane, 15 hectares of magnificent terroir. Sharing, conviviality, and pleasure are what make us love our jobs and want to welcome you to our home. And to share even more, we now offer a different take on dining with tasting plates ! The idea is no longer “a dish for everyone” but “small dishes for everyone”! And to delight your taste buds, our chef Maxime Monsonego imports superb products from Italy: for the rest, he selects local products that are as organic, sourced, and seasonal as possible.
