For twenty-eight years already, Valentine and her team have been delighting the town of Montauban with beautiful buckwheat pancakes and sweet crêpes. At the table, it is a moment of conviviality, sharing and tranquility that we come to savor in this family restaurant. So much so that it is customers who suggest new recipes that enrich a menu that is renewed every year.
The star galette of the moment, “La Suédoise” (smoked salmon, black olives, button mushroom, asparagus, fresh cream and lemon fillet) ideally precedes the other star of the house, the “Arcadia” pancake (closed in chaplain, pear ice cream and fruit, hot chocolate, rum raisins and homemade whipped cream).
