The chocolate factory is also Fairtrade certified, proof of its commitment to guaranteeing producers an income that enables them to make a decent living. A century-old company with the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Company) label. The chocolate factory was founded by Ludovic Dardenne, a pharmacist, who registered a patent in 1910 for the creation of a unique chocolate that is still sold today. The company has incredible expertise in the production of chocolate, which it makes from rigorously selected cocoa beans. Steeped in its history and the heritage of the past, the Dardenne chocolate factory offers a healthy range, low in sugar or with no added sugar.
