Located on the outskirts of Toulouse, the SAM’s Rucher Ecole opens its doors to you for an authentic immersion experience. Away from the screens, discover the crucial role of bees in our ecosystem. Guided by passionate beekeepers, you’ll explore the fascinating world of pollination.

Enjoy an organic and vibrant experience: Hear: the soothing, hypnotic bzzz of thousands of workers at work. Smell: The warm scent of beeswax and the fragrance of wild flowers. Touch: The soft, grainy texture of pollen and the warmth of the sun on the apiary. Sight: The incessant ballet of the bees and the perfect geometric organisation of the cells. Taste: An explosion of flavours as you taste local single-flower honeys. No individual visits for the general public, only for groups (early April to late June). Free access for all is possible on the first Sunday in October for the honey festival.
