With sleeping accommodation for 15 people, this 300 m² holiday cottage (plus a 120 m² games and music room) is fully equipped for your comfort, set in the heart of the countryside on a 6-hectare estate.

THE HOUSE
A 100 m² living area comprising:
– a lounge with a closed fireplace, equipped with a TV and Canal+
– a dining room with a second open fireplace
– a central kitchen with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
– A utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a mezzanine with a study and library.
– A 120 m² games/sports/music room with table tennis, snooker, table football, pinball, a drum kit and a guitar.
– A 40 m² terrace with a table and a barbecue.
– 6 bedrooms, 5 of which are upstairs and one on the ground floor.

– A 12 x 6 m swimming pool shared with the owners, with a children’s climbing frame and a trampoline.

– Outdoor play areas: football, basketball, volleyball, pétanque.
