Le Verger de l’Espargne, a character gîte, is a preserved family home that has recently been restored to its original appearance. Sleeping 15, this 300 m² gîte (+120 m² games/music room) is designed for your comfort, in the heart of the countryside in a 6 ha property. It overlooks a 2,500 m² orchard where you can pick seasonal fruit and relax in one of the many hammocks in the shade of the trees before taking a dip in the nearby swimming pool.

The house

A 100 m² living room with :

– a living room with closed fireplace, equipped with TV, Canal+ ;
— a dining room with a second open fireplace;
— a central kitchen with induction hob, oven, MO oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.

A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

A mezzanine with study and library.

A 120 m² games/sports/music room with table tennis, pool table, table football, pinball machine, drums, guitar, etc.

A 40 m² terrace with table and barbecue.

6 bedrooms with en-suite shower or bath (160, 90 or 2×90 beds). 5 bedrooms upstairs, one on the ground floor.

The outside area

A 12 x 6 m swimming pool shared with the owners, with a children’s swing and trampoline.

An authentic bread oven for pizza evenings, tarts flambées, plancha and barbecues.

Outdoor play areas: football, basketball, volleyball, petanque.

A park and orchard with a dining area and hammocks where holidaymakers can also pick fruit in season.
