Welcome to the heart of the Tarn region’s Ségala, the Land of a Hundred Valleys, an authentic land of wild streams and hidden heritage. Located in a peaceful farming hamlet, this large, detached gîte enjoys an ideal location on the Albi-Rodez road, with quick access thanks to the interchange just 2 minutes away.

In less than 20 minutes, explore the Episcopal City of Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with its majestic Sainte-Cécile Cathedral and the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum. On the Aveyron side, Rodez and its renowned Soulages Museum will delight art and culture enthusiasts.

Nature lovers will appreciate the immediate proximity of the Viaur Valley and its unspoiled gorges, offering magnificent panoramas, hiking trails, and numerous opportunities for walks. Don’t miss the spectacular Viaur Viaduct, an engineering masterpiece from the early 20th century, the Las Planques Chapel nestled in a verdant setting, and the old mills and charming villages that bear witness to the rural history of the Ségala region. Between heritage sites, outdoor activities, and local cuisine, the area is brimming with treasures to explore.

On the ground floor, a large 48 m² living room with a fully equipped kitchen is perfect for large families or groups of friends: refrigerator-freezer, range cooker, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and more. A 26 m² lounge with a 104 cm LED TV, DVD player, and three three-seater sofas provides a comfortable space for socializing. This level also includes a laundry room, a shower room with a changing area, and a separate toilet.

On the first floor, a relaxation area with a sofa bed completes the living spaces. You also have a shower room with a double vanity, a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and double vanity, as well as two separate toilets.
