When you come to a mill, you surely expect to find water? Of course, the river is nearby; fishing enthusiasts will be delighted! This former 18th century mill was used to make wheat flour and the old farm was used for mixed farming. The owners wanted to put nature at the heart of their concerns and offer a place to recharge your batteries.

From the mill, you are a ten-minute drive from the beautiful hilltop town of Cordes-sur-Ciel, 30 minutes from the famous UNESCO World Heritage site of Sainte-Cécile Cathedral in Albi, and 30 minutes from the Aveyron Gorges. Situated between the Ségala Tarnais and the Pays des Bastides, you can easily navigate your way through the Aveyron highlands to the gateway to the Gaillacois region, where the winegrowers will be delighted to let you taste their wines.

*The guest house

This large 250m² mill is completely independent. This area is naturally rich in biodiversity, with a vegetable garden, a path leading to the orchard and then quietly down to the river.

Living room: open-plan kitchen with dining table and additional lounge facing the working fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen: multifunction food processor, Thermomix®, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, dishwasher…

5 bedrooms, each with a 160x200cm bed and one with an extra single bed (two bedrooms on the ground floor and the other three upstairs). Two shower rooms and 3 WCs (2 of which are separate), washing machine and tumble dryer.

Upstairs: large lounge with video projector for movie nights, table football, books, darts and board games.

Outside: covered outdoor kitchen with bread/pizza oven, Weber® barbecue opening onto a terrace currently being developed, which will house an 8x8m swimming pool and beach area due to open in June 2024!
You have access to all the land surrounding the mill, with easy access to the river for a refreshing dip or a spot of fishing.

For your comfort, everything is included: bathroom linen, household linen, sheets and cleaning at the end of your stay.
There is an additional charge for pets.
