The Moulin de la Garenne is situated on the banks of the River Cérou, which flows into the Aveyron, in a privileged, peaceful setting.

A mill for holidays with family or friends, by the river

The owner lives opposite your guest house and will offer you a private concert at the end of your stay, by the pool or in the “guinguette” that he set up above the river.

The guest house can accommodate up to 13 people, with extra beds (convertible sofas).
Access to the living room on the first floor of the house via an outside staircase.

– The entrance hall leads to the living room on the left, a shower and separate toilet in the entrance hall and the kitchen on the right.
– Kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, blender, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, fridge and large freezer. A dishwasher is located in the garage on the ground floor of the house.
– Lounge with dining table (benches), sofas (one of which converts), TV.
– Upstairs are the bedrooms, as well as a sofa bed above the stairs for extra sleeping space:
– Two bedrooms, each with a 140x190cm bed
– Bathroom with bath, wc and washbasin

Large covered terrace with dining table, opposite the owner’s house.
At the end of this terrace is an independent bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and a 120x190cm bed on the mezzanine. There is an enclosed toilet in the bedroom.

On the ground floor of the house :
– Access to the garage with a room at your disposal where there is a shower, wc, sink, washing machine and dishwasher.
– On the other side of the house, independent bedroom accessible from outside on the ground floor: 140x190cm bed and closed toilet with washbasin.

Swimming pool: large private area with swimming pool, petanque area and kitchen area overlooking the guest house. Access to this terrace is from the outside, around the guest house, about 150 metres on foot from the entrance to the house. This large outdoor area is private to the guest house, and the owner cleans the pool in the morning. There is a covered terrace, a stone barbecue and an indoor kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, fridge and crockery.
The pool is 5x10m, with a progressive floor that varies from 1 to 2 metres, and is covered by a tarpaulin.

You can park easily in front of the guest house, or there is a covered parking area a few metres away. There is plenty of green space around the guest house! Le Moulin de la Garenne is situated in a street where only the guest house and the owner’s house are located.

Gérard has set up a “guinguette” on the banks of the river. This enclosed area gives direct access to the river. Swimming is prohibited, but fishermen will be in the right place!
