Housed in a new, detached 44 m2 outbuilding close to the owners, with a terrace overlooking a large garden, this single-storey guest house comprises a living room with sofa bed (very comfortable 160×200 cm mattress) opening onto a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a bedroom (double bed 160X200cm) and a large shower room. Designed for easy access for people with reduced mobility.
Ideal and spacious for 2 people, the guest house can accommodate up to 4 people.
Free access to the swimming pool, petanque area and trampoline for children!
