With its 190 m², it can comfortably accommodate 10 people, with the option of adding a 90 cm bed for an 11th person. You will find a large entrance hall leading to the living room on one side, equipped with a bookcase and a television. On the other side is the spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and everything you need for cooking, opening onto a cosy dining room. There is also a toilet on the ground floor for added convenience. Upstairs, a large hallway with a reading corner invites you to relax. There are four spacious bedrooms: two bedrooms with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed each, one bedroom with a 140 cm bed, and the fourth with a 140 cm bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. Another bathroom with shower and toilet is also available on this floor. Outside, the large, unfenced garden is the ideal place to get some fresh air and enjoy al fresco dining with a barbecue. Children and adults alike will enjoy the table tennis table and the two bicycles provided. A garage is also available to park your vehicles. Please note that this house is not equipped with Wi-Fi, allowing you to fully disconnect and enjoy the surrounding nature and tranquillity.
