You will stay in Massaguel, a peaceful village at the foot of the Montagne Noire, surrounded by unspoilt countryside ideal for relaxation and outdoor activities. Just a few minutes away, the sources of the Canal du Midi, Saint-Ferreol Lake and the Rigole de la Montagne offer wonderful walking and cycling routes following the remarkable work of Pierre-Paul Riquet, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Be sure to visit Lampy Lake or the Benedictine Abbey of En Calcat, a renowned spiritual site appreciated for its simple architecture, monastic craftsmanship and peaceful woodland setting. To discover more of the region, stroll through the streets of Revel and its famous market, visit Castres and the Goya Museum, enjoy mushroom picking in season or explore the preserved landscapes of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park.

This detached holiday home is ideal for a couple seeking peace and comfort in a green setting. On the ground floor, you will find a cosy living room with a wood-burning stove, perfect for relaxing evenings throughout the year. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, hob, dishwasher and both a filter coffee maker and an espresso machine. A utility room with a washing machine is also available. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor.

Upstairs:
– Main bedroom with one 140×190 cm double bed.
– Small connecting bedroom with two 90×190 cm bunk beds, suitable for children.

Outside, enjoy a private enclosed 1,500 m² garden bordered by the Sant stream, which runs alongside the property. This first-category fishing stream is perfect for anglers and offers a refreshing spot to cool your feet on warm summer days. A terrace is available for outdoor meals or simply relaxing while enjoying the peaceful countryside.
