Here, the rolling hills of the Gaillac wine region invite you to slow down, enjoy nature, sample local wines, and explore heritage treasures. You’re ideally located near Puycelsi, Castelnau-de-Montmiral, Cordes-sur-Ciel, and Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Carefully renovated, this 250 m² family home is fully air-conditioned, equipped with Wi-Fi, and can comfortably host up to 14 people. It blends noble materials, generous spaces, and the charm of vineyard life with elegance.

On the ground floor, the spacious living area centers around a fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining room and a warm lounge with a fireplace and wood-burning stove (wood provided). A second independent living room with a smart TV offers a quiet space to relax or enjoy a movie.
Two bedrooms are also located on this level:
– one master bedroom with a 180×200 bed, private shower room, and WC
– one family bedroom with two 90×200 bunk beds + one 180×200 modular bed, shower room, and WC

Upstairs, three beautiful double bedrooms, each with a 180×200 bed and private facilities (two with shower rooms and WC, one with bathroom and WC).

At the back of the house, a shaded terrace is perfect for breakfast. The non-enclosed garden opens directly onto the vineyard rows of the estate.
You’ll enjoy a private heated pool, secured with an alarm, and equipped with sun loungers.

An electric vehicle charging station is available at the Château de Terride, just 3 minutes away.
