Magnificent 18th century house on the banks of the Tarn, tastefully restored and furnished. Beautiful landscaped garden by the river, private banks with fishing facilities and private swimming pool.

Carefully decorated, with a refined ambience and an emphasis on heritage features that have stood the test of time, our country houses are recognised by the region as Gîtes Art de Vivre.
Halfway between Albi and Gaillac, it’s a haven of peace and tranquillity, nestling on the banks of the River Tarn. On the banks of the Tarn, in a park, you’ll find 3 very comfortable guest houses: La maison d’Émilie for 6 people, and La Maison à Colombages for 4, both former manor houses that have been completely restored. La Grange d’Émilie sleeps 2, adjoining La maison d’Émilie (they can be rented together).

– The guest house
Access to La maison d’Emilie is via a cul-de-sac that serves only the 3 guest houses, with their own private car park.
* Ground floor: entrance, family kitchen with dining table, large living room with sitting area and TV, separate toilet and storeroom with washing machine.
* Kitchen equipped with filter coffee maker and Nespresso® coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, hob with oven and dishwasher.

– Upstairs: three bedrooms, separate bathroom with bath, shower and double washbasin. Separate WC.
* Bedroom 1: 160cm bed and child’s cot.
* Bedroom 2: a 90cm bed and a second 110cm single bed. This bedroom can communicate with the first.
* Bedroom 3: 160cm bed and 160cm bed in a curtained alcove. This room has a private shower room with shower and washbasin.

Outside: terrace accessible from the kitchen and large private garden with direct access to the river and special fishing area. The private swimming pool in the guest house measures 9x5m with steps, descending from 1.20 to 1.90m, accessible all year round.
Complete baby equipment: changing mat, cot, cot bed, baby bath and baby high chair.

La maison d’Émilie is adjoined by the 2-person Grange d’Émilie guest house. Access to the latter is via the same entrance as La maison d’Émilie, but the exteriors of each guest house are independent and not overlooked. The two guest houses can be rented simultaneously to accommodate 8 people in comfort.

Fishing guest house: accommodation classified by the French National Fishing Federation. Carp and catfish spot with bait tank. Small hut by the water to store your fishing tackle. Fishing cards available. Possibility of leaving your boat trailer safely (guest house located in a cul-de-sac) + possibility of mooring your boat near the fishing spot.

Only one pet allowed (under 10kg) and with the prior agreement of the owner.
Electricity, heating and water on consumption statement. Central heating.
