The accommodation

Ground floor: Dining room. Large living room furnished with 4 sofas. Kitchen. 4K TV lounge. 15m² bedroom (1 king-size bed) with ensuite bathroom and shower, separate toilet.

UPSTAIRS: 3 large attic bedrooms ranging from 20 to 30m² (accommodating 8 to 13 people upon request), bathroom with walk-in shower, 15kg washing machine, and toilet. Bed linen and towels are available as an option. Landing furnished as a lounge or office. A mezzanine.

Adjoining 75m² apartment for 8 people (living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, toilet, 8 beds 90 or 180x200cm).

POOL: 250m² covered area with a 9x10m heated pool, barbecue, ping-pong table, sound system, and relaxation area.

PARK: 5000m² of unobstructed views, with shaded areas, garden tables, hammocks, a mini-football pitch, badminton net and rackets, pétanque balls…
