Un gîte de groupe de 26 personnes au pied du village fortifié de Maubec.
On the ground floor: the studio includes the PRM bedroom with 2 x 0.80 x 200 beds, shower room and separate toilet. A living room with integrated kitchen units, lounge and dining area.
After the entrance hatch, the reception room with semi-professional kitchen units, 2 fridges, 1 freezer, all-induction piano with large oven, dishwasher and microwave. Dining area with 3 tables seating 10 people each. Lounge with large sofas and TV.
On the Tobacco Barn side of the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, each with 2 x 0.80 x 200 beds, en-suite shower room and wc; 2 bedrooms, each with 4 x 90 x 200 beds, en-suite shower room and wc on the landing.
Hay barn side: 2 bedrooms with 2 x 0.90 x 200 beds, en-suite shower room and wc, 2 bedrooms with 4 x 0.90 x 200 beds, en-suite shower room with double washbasin and wc. The two bedrooms have double beds and can be separated on request.
Just a few steps away, you can enjoy an enclosed games area in the old hangar, which has been completely reinvested to play table tennis, table football and American billiards. Garden rooms on either side of the gîte. Wifi throughout. Pets accepted for a fee. Tourist tax extra. Access to covered, heated swimming pool.
The Hameau d’En Naoua is made up of a number of houses, so please respect the peace and quiet of the area. Parties are authorised within the limits of the rules governing outdoor noise pollution and it is only possible to play music indoors using the equipment provided. Suitable hi-fi equipment is installed in the Gîte (Bluetooth/auxiliary connection/jack socket). Overcrowding is not permitted.
