New, air-conditioned, single-storey apartment on the first floor of the owners’ house.
Entrance is via the living room (well-equipped open-plan kitchen, dining area, sitting area with TV).
The bathroom with walk-in shower is accessible from this room. A corridor leads to the 2 bedrooms (sleeps: 1 x 160×200 + 2 x 90×200 twin beds), a separate toilet and the laundry room.

Outside, you’ll find various areas shaded by holm oaks, a separate 12 m2 terrace with dining table and plancha, separate garden furniture, parking and an above-ground swimming pool shared with the owners, open from early June to late September, weather permitting (4.5m diameter – 1.20m deep).
A gym is available on request.

Village center shops 500 m away, Intermarché 1.5 km.

La Cigala is easily accessible on foot from Milhaud station (1 km), or by bus or cab from Nîmes station (8 km). These 2 stations are on the line that serves Avignon, Montpellier, Béziers, Lunel… From Nîmes, you can change trains to get to the sea (Le Grau du Roi), or to the Cévennes (Alès, La Grand Combe) in less than 1 hour.

In a green setting, just a few minutes from Roman Nîmes, come and discover and enjoy the charms of the South under the evergreen oaks. Ideally located 10 minutes from the freeway exit, you can discover the jewels of the region between sea and hills (Camargue, Provence, Cévennes).
