This functional, detached, single-storey villa with private pool welcomes you to a listed tourist resort dedicated to outdoor activities.

Detached single-storey villa set in enclosed grounds of 1000 m2. The gîte is entered via a large living room with wood-burning stove, and a fitted kitchen partially enclosed by a glass roof.
A corridor leads to the 4 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140cm), 2 shower rooms (one with toilet) and a separate toilet.
The living room leads to the terrace with dining area, barbecue and arbour, as well as to the private swimming pool (4 x 2.50 m – depth: 1.35 m), secured by an immersion-detection alarm and open from May to September, weather permitting.

At the far end of the garden, to enjoy the shade of the oak trees, garden furniture and a boules pitch await you.

Welcome to L’Oulivierédo, an independent, functional villa, tastefully renovated in 2024 in the industrial style. A cosy interior welcomes you in comfort. You’ll particularly appreciate the sitting area with its wood-burning stove for sharing convivial moments. In the garden, you’ll find a terrace for meals, a private swimming pool with deckchairs, garden furniture in the shade of oak trees, and a pétanque court.
Between the garrigues and the Cévennes, Méjannes le Clap is a listed resort with the “Famille Plus” label, and is very popular with lovers of outdoor activities. On site or nearby, you’ll find the beaches of the Cèze for swimming or canoeing, potholing spots, tennis courts, accrobranche parks, equestrian center…

And if you want to venture a little further afield, you’ll be well placed to visit the many villages of character in the Gard, Ardèche or Vaucluse regions, the Pont du Gard, Nîmes, Avignon…
