A former farm dating from 1850 in the Vignobles et Découvertes area of Fronton, ideal for group holidays by the swimming pool, boules pitch and table tennis table….Amidst horses and with a breathtaking view of Toulouse and the Pyrenees!

A holiday where boredom is a forbidden word!
Nicolas and Johanna, the owners, have thought of everything to ensure you have an unforgettable time in this wonderful gîte. Accompanied by their animals (2 horses, a mini pony, a dog and some chickens), your stay will have a Toulouse country flavour, with plenty of activities on site: barbecue and splash in the swimming pool (above ground and 5m in diameter), reading on the bench facing the superb valley north of Toulouse, darts, table tennis, table football, board games, molky, pétanque…
The interior has been completely restored by Nicolas. He kept the tiled floor and the outline of the brick wood-burning stove. Johanna was responsible for the tasteful, modern decor.

Our recommendations for nearby places of interest: you can reach Toulouse (28km) by train (station 2km away), and the main towns of the Occitanie region: Montauban 30km away, Gaillac 54km away, Albi 80km away, Auch 76km away…The Musée des Vins de Fronton is 10 minutes away by car, as are the main Châteaux and Vignobles du Frontonnais tours; the Canal de Garonne (Toulouse Bordeaux route) is 2km away, as are Castelnau-d’Estrétefonds’s main shops and restaurants; Saint-Jory Aquapark is 10.5km away; Villemur-sur-Tarn beach is 15.8km; Château de Laréole is 31km away and Buzet-sur-Tarn forest is 22.7km away. Toulouse Blagnac airport and MEET are a 25-minute drive away.

Gîte on 2 levels:
– Ground floor: dining room, living room (wood-burning stove, table football, TV, DVD player and radio), fitted kitchen, games room, bathroom (bath, shower and washbasin) and separate WC.
– First floor: 3 bedrooms (2 double beds 140*190cm + 2 single bunk beds 90*190cm + desk)(2 double beds 140*190cm)(1 double bed 160*200cm), shower room, separate WC, library.
Reversible air conditioning in the dining room and lounge. Fans and electric heating in bedrooms. Additional beds. Owners on site.
