Domaine de Manzac is an exceptional, fully-privatized property nestled in the heart of the Ariège countryside, facing the Pyrenees, on the slopes of the Arize valley, less than an hour from Toulouse. Designed as a family retreat, this vast 350 m² gîte can accommodate up to 14 people in a rare, neighborhood-free environment, with a large outdoor swimming pool, one hectare of parkland and impressive mountain views that accompany every moment of the day.

The house offers 7 comfortable bedrooms, including 6 with en-suite bathrooms, as well as generous living spaces spread over 350 m². Two lounges, two fully-equipped kitchens, two dining rooms, a patio and a large terrace allow everyone to find their own rhythm, while sharing convivial moments. Everywhere, natural light and views of the Pyrenees reinforce the feeling of space and breathability.

Outside, the one-hectare private park becomes a veritable living space. The large, recently renovated and secure saltwater swimming pool invites you to relax all day long. A luminous yoga studio with a view, a pétanque court, a ping-pong table, a vegetable garden and a campfire area punctuate stays, between activities, rest and shared evenings. A barbecue is also available for outdoor meals.

Domaine de Manzac also hosts seminars, yoga retreats and intimate events such as birthdays and family celebrations.
