A renovated former farmhouse dating from the early 19th century, the Domaine houses the gîtes “Les écuries” and “La ferme” on 5,000 m2 of land overlooking the countryside. It is a 5-minute walk from the village of Daux, 15 minutes from the airport and MEETT, and 25 minutes from the Place du Capitole. It is ideal for a week’s holiday with family or friends during the summer months. It is also available for company seminars during the week (board meetings, brainstorming days, team building, etc.).

The 260 m2 “La ferme” gîte sleeps 15, with 8 bedrooms, 4 WCs and 4 bathrooms, an 85 m2 living room and a 20 m2 fully-equipped kitchen for 22 people.

The 120 m2 “Les écuries” gîte sleeps 7, with 3 bedrooms, 3 wc and 3 bathrooms, a living room and a 25 m2 fitted kitchen.

The gîtes are associated with a private car park with 15 spaces, a swimming pool and boules pitch, a renovated 18th-century pigeon house, a large covered hall measuring 200 m2, which includes a large summer lounge, a barbecue and bread oven, a table tennis table, tables and chairs for 22 people.
