Pepette and Serge would be delighted to welcome you to their home and their charming, tree-lined grounds.

Two bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the house.
One has a 140cm bed and the other a 160cm bed; a travel crib can be added to either room. There is also the option to add a small bedroom with a 90-cm bed for children.
Large shared bathroom with double sinks, shower, bathtub, and toilet.
Breakfast is served in the dining room or, weather permitting, on the covered terrace.
2,500 m² property with a secure swimming pool (6×12) open in the summer and a hot tub available year-round.
Secure parking within the grounds.

In the village of Montdragon, a grocery store, bakery, doctors’ offices, and pharmacy are 1 km away. You’ll also find a community tennis court and a children’s playground. You can take a stroll along the Dadou River on a pleasant, shaded path.

Located in the heart of the Tarn region, you can easily explore the department’s must-see destinations, such as the cities of Albi—a UNESCO World Heritage Site—Castres, Lavaur, and Gaillac.

Just 1.5 km away is the Carrelet Educational Farm, the perfect place to enjoy a fun family outing. There are many animals, along with inflatable play structures and a pedal-kart track.

You can also enjoy a meal in the village at “Le Millésime” and “Impérial,” located in Laboutarié just 1 km away.
