As a sports instructor and outdoor activities guide, Alex offers supervised outdoor excursions off the beaten track to explore the region in a different way: climbing, mountain biking, hiking, orienteering… for everyone, all year round.

I offer supervised outdoor sports activities in the heart of the Cèze Cévennes region.
Climbing on natural cliffs, mountain biking (mountain bikes available for hire), walking tours of hilltop villages, sunset walks, riverside walks, night orienteering… these activities are suitable for families with children, individuals and groups.
Each outing is designed to combine safety, conviviality and discovery of the region.
The activities are suitable for beginners and occasional practitioners alike. Rope activities are accessible from the age of 7.
An invitation to get moving, have fun and discover the region in a different way, close to nature.
