With the introductory jumps offered by the Centre École de Parachutisme Sportif d’Ariège, discover free-fall in the best way possible!

Probably the fastest way to discover the joys of freefall, the TANDEM initiation jump allows you to make your first jump after a few minutes of explanations on the ground.
Possible from 15 years old and up to 90kg within the age limit, it allows you to discover freefall as well as the piloting part of the parachute.
A medical certificate from a general practitioner is ESSENTIAL.

What is the Tandem?
After a short preparation on the ground, you put on your harness and climb into the plane. And off you go, you can feel the adrenaline rush. Get ready for an intense and unforgettable experience. You leave the plane at an altitude of 4000 meters. Clinging to your instructor, you apply the instructions given during the ground preparation. Your instructor controls the fall. It’s up to you to enjoy the unique sensations.
Around 1500 metres, your instructor deploys the main parachute. You can then take the controls and fly your parachute, enjoying the view. The landing takes place right in front of the hangar, allowing your family and/or friends to follow your entire adventure and enjoy your broad smile.

What is the Handi Tandem?
We also offer Handisport skydiving to enable people with reduced mobility to make a skydiving jump. The beneficiary, dressed in a special suit that allows the instructor to mobilise or free the passenger’s lower limbs, is attached to the instructor by a harness.
The HandiFly parachute jump is similar to a classic tandem jump as it is a jump from a plane attached to an instructor. An incredible feeling of freedom and adrenaline. Call to discuss the possibilities according to your disability.
