Farm-raised pigs and charcuterie sold on the farm. Charcuterie from farm-raised pigs fed on our cereals. They live in a pigsty with an outdoor area on straw. Visit free of charge.
Sale of: sausages, ham, pâtés with juniper, Roquefort, chestnuts, walnuts, black pudding, pork snouts, fricandeaux, confit ribs, fresh meat to order …
On the Causse Noir at the foot of Mont Aigoual, close to the Trévezel gorges. Very varied landscapes. Milking sheep for the production of Roquefort cheese. Opportunity to see pigs, ewes and milking in season.
All products made by us, without colorants or preservatives.
Sales at fairs and markets: Lanuéjols market, Le Vigan apple and onion fair in October, Corconne olive festival in December.
Sales at the farm all year round. Home delivery available on request.
Sales at the “Terres d’Aigoual” producers’ store at Col de la Serreyrède, at the “bistrot paysan” store in Nant and at the “Coopérative d’oignons doux” in St André de Majencoules.
