We offer you our duck-based products. Our ducks arrive on the farm at 1 day old and are raised in the open air. Traditionally force-fed with GMO-free corn, we prepare our products in an EEC-compliant workshop on the farm. We guarantee that our preserves contain no additives or colorants.
Flock of Blanches du Massif Central ewes, lambs raised under mother’s milk in organic farming. Whole or half-cut lamb in boxes to order from June to September. Prepared sheep dishes.
Organic flour (a blend of ancient varieties of wheat): breads, organic dry pasta, cookies.
Where to buy: all year round at the farm, by appointment only.
