A l’heure du tout mécanique, maintenant le Domaine Matha à fait le pari de mettre en avant la conduite manuelle de son vignoble. Par conviction dans une démarche de l’agriculture biologique depuis plus de 30 ans, le Domaine est aujourd’hui en Bio.

Half way between Conques and Rodez, the vineyards cover some 500 acres in the heart of a precious valley. The main grape variety is the mansois, it is only exceptionally mixed and never more than 10%. the soil makes the difference by providing subtle nuances according to the location: limestone on the upper slopes, limestone scree on “rougier” mid-slope and “rougier” lower down.
