Über uns

Our Domaine is located in the south of France, 30 km from the Mediterranean Sea, between the Massif des Corbières and the foothills of the Pyrenees, in the middle of the Maury terroir. Our vineyard, made up of about fifteen hectares, stretches over schist hillsides, beaten by a Cers wind at the foot of the Château de Quéribus, the last Cathar stronghold. We cultivate the vines with respect for the environment (zero weedkillers) by favoring biodiversity. We harvest by hand and vinify and age our wines traditionally in an old cellar that history has been able to preserve for the love of good things.
