Über uns
The winegrowing Domaine de l’Airial is located in Lagraulet-du-Gers, in the beautiful Gascon countryside.
We have the particularity to produce exclusively wine vinegars and gastronomic balsamic both produced in a traditional way and using our grapes from local vines. Our vines are cultivated according to the principles of sustainable agriculture, and our grapes are carefully selected. The result is natural vinegars of excellent quality.
You can visit the estate (reservation only) in order to discover the work of the winemaker and also to taste and buy our products.
