Come and visit our artisanal workshop, you will discover a young qualified and passionate team who will explain different stages from the forge to assembly of a traditional Laguiole knife. You can also discover their creations and unique pieces.

Benoît l’Artisan is a knife making workshop in which Benoît Mijoule, a young qualified knife maker, and his team, pay special attention to working respecting traditions and materials. After a workshop visit (place du Toural), you will be welcomed into the Benoît l’Artisan shop (opposite the bull) where you will be able to discover a real range of traditional folding knives and table knives, the new Laguiole Tribal knife available as a folding, table and hunting knife as well as objects in horn and other souvenirs.
