Artisanal brewery with terrace in the heart of the factory, aperitif tours and dance evenings in summer.
Beers La Gervoise blonde, voted best beer at the Frankfurt International Beer Competition in 2019, blonde wheat beer, Grand Gold Medal in 2022…

A 34-year project! We make a real bière de garde (a beer that stays in the ripening vat for two months after fermentation).
A shaded terrace in the heart of the Fabrique You can enjoy all our beers, on draught or bottled, while nibbling on local produce, as well as valley wine by the glass and local artisanal fruit juices.
Aperitif visits by appointment. Evening dances with catered meals and rock band in summer.
Aperitif tour by appointment (1 h 30 : 12 € ending with a glass of beer and local products to nibble on).
In summer, a number of dances with catered meals are organized.
Tapping machine rental with purchase of 30 l kegs for birthdays, weddings, christenings, celebrations with friends or family.)
A range of six ageing beers is available, on draught or in bottles (triple fermentation, 33 cl, 75 cl), 5 l mini kegs, 30 l kegs.

– Gervoise blanche was awarded the grand gold medal at the Frankfurt international trophy in 2024, with a jury score of 92/100.

– Gervoise ambrée has just won a gold medal at the gard gourmand millesime 2025 competition.

– Gervoise brune won silver at the Brussels beer challenge in 2021 and gold at the same competition in 2023.
