Located in the Occitanie region, between Bordeaux and Toulouse, on the banks of the Tarn and Garonne rivers, the Terres des Confluences Community of Communes covers 22 communes and a catchment area of over 40,000 inhabitants.

Moissac, which has been awarded the Grands Sites d’Occitanie/Sud de France label and is a Unesco World Heritage Site on the pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostela, offers an unrivalled range of attractions. From Le Puy-en-Velay, the Via Podensis route passes through the villages of Moissac, Lauzerte and Auvillar, in the heart of the remarkable Tarn-et-Garonne countryside.

With outdoor activities such as the departmental leisure park and the Canal des Deux Mers cycle route, and its direct connection to the freeway, Terres des Confluences is focused on developing its economic and tourist appeal.
