Rafting down the Ariège, a refreshing adventure to fill up on pleasure and sensations with the Bureau des Guides.

Rafting is an inflatable boat measuring around 4 m long and 2 m wide.

Embark on a river course in the heart of the Pyrenees, at the foot of the Château de Foix. Your experienced instructor will guide you through the rapids and share all the river’s secrets with you for half a day.

From sporty in spring to discovery in summer, this is an ideal, accessible course for your first whitewater swim!
Sailing, surfing, jumping, swimming – all for fun, with an introduction to boat handling and a wealth of naturalist information (fauna, flora, hydrology).

Ideal for a friendly get-together with family or friends, a team-building seminar or an unforgettable bachelor or bachelorette party.

You’ll need to be able to swim and immerse yourself.

Recent equipment (wetsuits and neoprene socks), specially adapted for cold water (5.5mm).
