** AFGHANE WALKING involves synchronising your breathing with your steps. It has many benefits for both the body (improved posture, breathing, endurance, etc.) and the mind (letting go, stress reduction, etc.). We’ll practise together, either individually or in a small group of no more than 6 people. No special equipment is required, except for comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for walking in the great outdoors. ** BUNGYPUMP WALKING is a dynamic walk using poles with resistance (4, 6, 8 or 10 kg adaptable to the participant). It’s an activity that works all of the body muscles without causing joint shock. It also provides a cardio-respiratory workout and balance training. It is practised in small groups (maximum 10). In addition to my diplomas as an Afghani walking instructor and BungyPump coach from Ecole France Marche Afghane and the BungyPump Academy respectively, I’m also an Adapted Physical Activity Teacher, so I can give you the benefit of personalised support.
