An invitation to plunge under the Larzac in the heart of the numerous caves of this unique plateau.

The Larzac is a real adventure playground for caving. The caves and swallow holes accessible to everyone who wants to discover caving in complete safety and according to their physical capacities, desires and age. Several courses are possible according to the difficulty: caving introduction (2 hours), vertical caving (3 hours), exploration and discovery (3 to 4 hours), technical vertical caving (4 to 5 hours), exploration caving (7 to 8 hours).
